We get kids moving by issuing high energy movement challenges designed to increase speed, agility, strength, flexibility and overall athleticism.

Chad Macy is a father to four and a veteran Coach, with 15 years of experience coaching youth sports. He served formerly as the Youth Sports Director at the Lake Norman YMCA, and has experience with collegiate level athletics and bodybuilding.

Chad lives an active lifestyle, believes in exercising daily, eating well and working towards a life that is balanced by staying healthy mentally, spiritually and physically.

We offer group movements, clinics, camps, team and private trainings. 


Please note, we are operating on summer schedule from 6/27/22 - 8/24/22. Open Group Movements will take place Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:00 am either on the River Run Soccer Fields (Mon. & Wed.) or the Town Green (Tues.)
