How long is the group membership valid?
We recommend you use our drop in model first before you decide which membership offering is best for you. We offer one month, three months or six months, and prices vary accordingly. ****Please note, memberships are non refundable. One month memberships are one time purchases. They do not auto renew. Three and six month memberships renew during the duration of your membership but do not auto renew after the duration of your membership. With the memberships, you may attend as many open group classes as you like during the duration of your membership. For details on our other services including our drop in model (which allows you to pay per class) or to tailor something to meet your needs, feel free to contact us directly. We offer custom packages as well.
What can I expect when I show up?
High energy and creative “movement” - means just that. We get kids and adults moving by issuing high energy movement challenges designed to increase speed, agility, strength, flexibility and overall athleticism. Your first class/training you will need to complete liability paperwork. After that, you can drop and go. The best way to get a sneak peek if to follow us on socials for more information, FAQs and live videos!
What about the age differences among kids in group classes?
Our open sessions are designed for the community to experience together. All sessions will have different age ranges participating. The goal for all drills will be individual drills for each participant, so no one will feel less than. Our goal is movement in a positive, upbeat environment, not competition. Community unity will be promoted. Group movements are ideal for ages 6-12. We do have some younger participants but we ask that those parents stay the duration of the movement. Private and small group trainings are available for folks seeking more tailored instruction. Please note, private trainings are popular and book out most weeks.
What should my son or daughter wear/bring?
Bring water bottle (labeled). We take several rest/water breaks. Comfortable clothes to run and play in. We will be moving on grass so light rubber cleats will be perfect for any and all weather conditions. Running shoes will work also. If your son or daughter has allergies then make sure you bring what they may need in case of reaction. If your child is allergic to grass, you may want to bring a towel.
What about the weather? How do you communicate when you are closed?
We typically operate on a rain or shine model! Coach Chad may cancel depending on weather. Connect with us on social media for fastest updates on weather.

As far as closings, these are communicated in our weekly emails. No Open Class 11/27, 12/25-1/1
What if myself, family members or participant doesn't feel well?
Please stay home.
What should I (parent/guardian) do during movement?
Each work out is 45 minutes. We encourage parents to take advantage of the time and get their own movement!
How do I pay for private trainings? Or buy one single class?
You can buy single sessions via our website. These do not auto renew. We also also accept Venmo & Cash for private trainings or drop in's. Payment is required each session.
What if we can't make a session?
That is ok! See ya at the next one.
What if we are late?
Don’t be late.
