The Fatherhood Initiative Pillar of Eyes Up was formed in 2025 following a survey to 108 fathers across a variety of networks. After a careful survey of their responses and a lifetime of both volunteer and professional work with young people Chad knows any change we are hoping to make in the lives of young people has to be in partnership with the most influential male in their lives, their dad.
