What is the Eyes Up Speed Method?

Every camp or clinic we offer will start with a session based on the Eyes Up Speed Method that is proven to increase overall athleticism. The Eyes Up Speed Method is built on Four Pillars: Get Loose, Get After It, Get Ground Work and Get to the Show. In every session we take a few minutes and make sure we get loose and warmed up. Then we focus on sprints, cone and circle work. After that we move to Ground Work to strengthen the body. Show Time includes foot speed drills, cuts and bursts, explosive moves, feet shuffles and other explosive creative movements.

What can I expect when I show up?

Your first class/training/clinic you will need to complete liability paperwork. The best way to get a sneak peek is to follow us on socials for more information, FAQs and live videos!

What about the age differences among kids in group classes?

All sessions will have different age ranges participating. The goal for all drills will be individual drills for each participant, so no one will feel less than. Our goal is movement in a positive, upbeat environment, not competition (although kids are naturally competitive). Community unity will be promoted. Open Classes are ideal for ages 6-12 because research supports that this age is the prime age to develop speed and overall athleticism rather than focusing on sport specific movements. We do have some younger participants but we ask that those parents stay the duration of the movement. Private and small group trainings are available for folks seeking more tailored instruction or for our older athletes. Please note, private trainings are popular and book out most weeks.

What should my son or daughter wear/bring?

Bring water bottle (labeled). We take several rest/water breaks. Comfortable clothes to run and play in. We will be moving on grass so light rubber cleats will be perfect for any and all weather conditions. Running shoes will work also. If your son or daughter has allergies then make sure you bring what they may need in case of reaction. If your child is allergic to grass, you may want to bring a towel.

What about the weather? How do you communicate when you are closed?

Connect with us on social media for fastest updates on weather.
